The temperature is 95F at 2pm.

I am going up the ramp on the Roosevelt island bridge.

Slowing down as I hear incoming sirens on two ways road...

An incoming truck moves against traffic and cops coming on the same lane!

Is it a chase?!

I am safely out of their way.

7 minutes later, I am on Queensborough 59th bridge going to Manhattan.

The traffic is light on the bike lanes of the bridge at this time of the hot day.

Oh-ho, something happened in front...

Looks like a delivery guy on e-bike is down...and a gray city bike is down too.

Sh!t happens all the time even on empty roads.

Snap back to reality - cyclists are the most vulnerable among all on the road.
