Trapdoor Snails are always busy cleaning surface of everything - even clean walls of the tank.

Munching strings of land mosses growing underwater...

Chewing on remains of plants.

And snails snack on green plants too.

Even small roots of plants may get snails attention.

Snails happy to eat even smallest deposits of green algae on the walls of the tank.

And snails will munch on even floating plants and fish food flakes on the water surface.

Always busy munching around trapdoor snails make great addition to the cleaning crew of any aquarium.
