The couple has their first 2 newborn babies at the age of 6 months.

This guppy female gives birth, on average, every 4-6 weeks.

This is the highest number of babies at once.

Two of them became a parenting couple for the next generation in this (first) breeding line.
I use a male and a female from this drop to make two mixing lines.

The female guppy died at the age of (approximately) 23 months on May 24th, 2018
She was 3.4 cm measured from mouth to the end of the tail.
She gave birth 13 times to a total of 90 guppies.

I add a fast growing Elodea plant.
It helps to control algae growth.

I add a male guppy from my 2nd breeding line.
Both males are widows.
Fish have feelings.
Social fish like guppies need to be in the company of other fish.
The water in the aquarium is clear - I did not change it since the end of 2016.
