Grips on many bikes like this mountain bike, scooters, and other handlebars are held in place by friction.
You can buy grips for your bike on Amazon:
A couple drops of alcohol reduce the friction of the grip, making it easy to remove it.
Put a screwdriver in the gap between the grip and the handlebar.
That makes injecting alcohol easy.
Pull the screwdriver out.
Move the grip back and forth a bit...and pull it off the handlebar.
In this example, I have to remove grips on both sides of the handlebar.
It takes a couple minutes or so for alcohol to dry.
And then just put the grips back on the handlebar.
That's all there is to it :)
Have fun and happy biking :)
