This aloe plant does not have any roots - the cut is dry.

A couple years ago, I came across a book

Once in a while, my lovely wife buys seasoning in a jar with a grinder. 

It takes no imagination to use it for what it's designed - dispensing ground herbs.

Baseball motivation

My 7 years old asked me to play baseball.

I  have to admit - baseball is not my game.
He got a ball...
He got a glove...
One needs a bat to play baseball.
I am no help in choosing the right one:
We bat with a plastic pipe for start!
The game was fun.
Until we spotted wooden legs of a junky table...
What a feast!
The size is good.
The shape is round.
He files the perfect handle for bat to fit his mighty hands!
We went to field.
We mean to play!
The holes in the fence got in the way...
We fix it right away!
And YES! We play!
BASEBALL IS OUR GAME!
