How to make cream

I make this cream for honey cake and even serve it as a dessert.

Ingredients:
Milk - 6 parts;
Sugar 1/2 - 3/4 part;
Flour - 1 part;
Eggs - 2;
Butter - about 60 grams;
Vanilla - according to taste (about teaspoon).
I am going to use a disposable cup (130 ml) as 1 part for all measurement. You can use a larger cup to make measurements for a greater quantity of cream.

Boil 1 part of milk. Then, cool it down to a warm temperature.

Mix 1/3 of  all sugar with all flour.

Beat eggs with the remaining sugar.

Mix flour with the egg mixture.

Add cooled milk to the mixture and combine thoroughly. It's important to get rid of even small clumps!

Boil 5 parts of the milk. Once the milk start boiling turn down the flame, leaving it at the lowest possible setting.

Slowly add the eggs/flour/sugar mixture to the boiling milk, constantly stirring it.

The cream gets thicker very quickly. It may burn at the bottom if you don't stir! Remove the pot from the heat as soon as the cream thickens. Let the cream cool down a bit. Add butter to the cream and mix it thoroughly.

Add vanilla to the cream and mix it thoroughly.

The cream is ready to use for the cake!

If you are planning to use the cream for a dessert then whip it to get rid of any clots.

Pour the cream in small dip plates or cups. You can decorate the dessert with berries, sprinkle it with crumbles of cookies or chocolate, honey and etc. Store it in a refrigerator. Serve it cold.
Have fun and happy baking :)
