Evil Bus and Rat Train Service NYC

I've been waiting for a bus for over 10 minutes to see it come with the sign: "NOT IN SERVICE" and a rather appropriate for this occasion ad:" EVIL"!

New York rats are getting accustomed to subway platforms...many thanks to MTA's service expansion to all customers.
