DIY Aquarium Sponge Filter

The aquarium filter powered by an air pump shown in previous videos can be modified to serve as a sponge filter.

I use two plastic straws with diameters of 7 and 8 mm.

We can use a tube built in at the bottom of the aquarium for cleaning the aquarium, adding water and air (oxygen) to the water.

I've been using Whisper 10 1.5 watt air pump designed for aquariums up to 10 gallons.
