I came to pick up groceries from Trader Joe's at Jackson Ave in LIC.
And I could not lock my bike to the bike rock.
Some brokers parked an ad here.
A spot in the bike room of the building across the street is just $25 a month for residents only.
And brokers shamelessly are abusing free public property here.
Have fun finding free parking for your bike :)
