Smoking car

I am riding through Williamsburg, New York.

A smoke coming from under the hood of the car parked on the left caught my eye.

People on both sides of the street seem to be...unaware of it.

Hmm...let's take a look on what's going on.

No parking signs.

The red tape reads: Danger, hazardous material - DO NOT ENTER

That's rather a weird spot to park a car...unless you want to get it smoked :)
