Guppy fry with Ghost shrimp algae feast
Guppy fry fish have very interesting relations with Ghost shrimp.
Smaller size vulnerable fish tend to stay away from anything that is larger and looks scarring.
And yet, there are times when Guppy fry moves provocatively close to the shrimp.
Naturally most often it happens during feeding time.
Ghost shrimp and Guppy fry often feed on the same types of food - common green algae in this example.
Gang of fish fry gathers on chunks of algae at the first opportunity as soon as shrimp moves just slightly away.
You better hurry up!
There is another shrimp coming to get the algae :)
Delicious common green algae is always in high demand!
Have fun and happy aquariums :)
